The Hobart soccer club has continually encouraged higher education for all athletes and would love to help those we have seen grow from rec ball towards higher levels. We will award two graduating students a $250 scholarship each session as seen fit and reviewed by the board. The following criteria must be met. 

The Hobart Soccer Club Board of Directors has created a scholarship fund for Hobart High School Seniors entitled the Vincent "Vinnie" Memorial Scholarship.   The selection committee of the Scholarship Fund is now accepting written requests for consideration from college bound soccer players.

CRITERIA FOR CONSIDERATION

1.                   Must be a dedicated soccer player and/or have played soccer on a Hobart Soccer Club Team.

2.                   Must have a C+ average or better and graduate High School in 2022.  Attach most recent report card.

3.                   Must plan on attending a school of higher education.

4.                   Must submit a 250-word essay on "How Soccer Has Prepared Me For College".  Essay must include at the top of page 1: Your Name, Address, Phone Number and Club Affiliation.

5.                   Application and essay must be received no later than May 28, 2022.
